- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband and I have been patients at Dr Willards office for the past 18 years. Until the past 4-6 years my experience has been great...unfortunately the last couple times I've been there I've left wondering why I still go in. For some reason a simple acknowledgement has become too difficult and every time I get use to seeing a doctor, the doctor (or PA) leaves the practice. Yesterday I waited for about 10 minutes while the front desk was discussing politics so I could see if I owe any money. Through the years I have sent several friends to Dr Willard's practice but not anymore.July 15, 2017by pennie morrato
