- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Been bringing my 6 year old son here since he was born. Had another son last May. Received a bill for 80$ for something done in the hospital after he was born. 80$ does not seem like a lot of money, but to someone who just had a baby, newly a single mother and trying to get back into work. That's the least priority on my list. Tried to make several arrangements with them. But instead received a letter stating that BOTH of my children will not be treated at their facility ever again. Over 80$????!!!! Seems a little extreme. Saying I even went here when I was a baby and we have always been up to date on bills. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First off it's hard to find it when you're coming south on Orchard Road and can't see the street sign for gibraltar that you are supposed to make a u-turn at so I got lost. Then when I finally found it I was about 10 minutes late and the lady at the check-in counter was extremely rude! She was rude how she asked if I have ever been there before and if I was a new patient. I told her no I wasn't new and it was my first time to this location and I had got lost so I was 10 minutes late she told me I'll check you in this time but next time I'm going to reschedule you! When I had said I thought we had a 15-minute grace period since that's what they always tell me when I call if I'm running a few minutes late for my kids appointments. Very rudely she stated no its policy to reschedule but I'll check you in this time you're just going to have to wait! Me and my sister have both gone to Advanced Pediatrics since we were kids and now my two children (6 & 2)have been going there since birth if it wasn't for Dr. Bradley Kurtz Junior at the Stapleton location I would be finding a new doctor's office for my kids!May 07, 2017by Kuulani B.
